Shipping & Returns

Do you ship worldwide?

Not Right now, However we do ship Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United State, Germany, France, Italy and Japan.

Where do you ship from?

We will be shipping from our warehouse in China located in Guangdong province.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As our costumes are custom made. Our manufacturing will take 1 to 2 weeks with delivery taking up to 2 weeks.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. Simply enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please email us at info@animefiber.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the item. We’ll review your request and guide you through the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
